Claire hope this doesn’t sound weird but people are so quick to complain and rarely acknowledge great service so I thought I’d give it a go.
I’ve been using your site for probably nearly a year now and I have nothing but praise for the products and service. Your prices are the best I’ve found and the service is always faultless. I placed an order less than an hour ago and didn’t expect it to be despatched until tomorrow, due to it being so late in the day, but I was delighted to receive an email a few minutes ago to tell me my order has been despatched already.
I am in the process of setting up my own jewellery business so I expect I will be buying from you in much greater quantities in the near future and I have every confidence in you as my main supplier of Swarovski crystal beads. The delivery is always quick; orders often arrive the next day even when I haven’t paid the extra for next day delivery. The beads are beautiful and you stock a fabulous range. Products are rarely out of stock and on the one occasion that an item I ordered was out of stock I was sent a close replacement that I was very pleased with. I’ve placed a lot of orders over the last year and have never had a single problem.
I always recommend you to anyone searching for Swarovski beads online and will certainly continue to do so.

They really are lovely crystals and even my husband noticed the added 'sparkle' on my cards - have been using the sticky back gems for years and found your site searching for black ones as they just don't do them in the craft packs. I have been using super glue and tweezers on acrylic stones for ages, but this is SO much easier and the finished product is vastly improved too!
