Deliveries

Following receipt of payment and pending stock availability, UK orders will be dispatched  by Royal Mail First Class, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.

Overseas orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For and following dispatch, delivery can take up to 7days.

Delayed/lost deliveries:

Royal Mail recorded signed for items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days following dispatch. However, this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer. Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days from posting has passed. Once the 15 days have passed we can either resend or refund the order and submit a claim for loss to Royal Mail.
